Building a Team (Writers, Editors, VAs)

For a long time, "team" for a newsletter meant one person and too many open tabs. That's still true for most newsletters most of the time, and I want to be upfront that hiring is not a milestone you need to hit to be legitimate. Plenty of newsletters stay one person forever, by choice, and do fine. This chapter is for the point where the operation has actually outgrown what one person can carry, not the point where it feels impressive to say you have a team.
