About
AP Top Stories condenses the Associated Press's global reporting into a daily summary, covering whatever its editors judge most significant across politics, business, and world affairs. The tone stays flat and agency-style throughout.
The newsletter typically leads with the day's most consequential developments, then shorter briefs on secondary stories, mirroring the wire's own editorial priorities. A solid pick for readers who want a fast, reliably sourced news overview without commentary layered on top.
