Cult of Pedagogy
Practical teaching ideas that respect the job.
About
Cult of Pedagogy is written by a former classroom teacher for other teachers, focused on practical strategies that respect how demanding the job actually is. Jennifer Gonzalez built it out of her own teaching experience rather than academic theory handed down from outside the classroom.
Topics range from classroom management and lesson design to grading systems and burnout, usually grounded in something a real teacher tried and either kept or abandoned. It reads less like professional development mandated from above and more like advice from a colleague who's been there.
