Termly generates the legal documents most newsletters technically need but few writers enjoy drafting themselves — a privacy policy, cookie consent banner, and terms of service — based on a short questionnaire about what data you actually collect and how.

For a newsletter collecting email addresses and running analytics on a web archive, having an actual privacy policy isn't optional in a lot of jurisdictions, particularly if any subscribers are in the EU or California. Termly won't replace a lawyer for anything complicated, but it covers the baseline most small publishers need.
