Building a Content Calendar

The night-before-send panic is not a writing problem. It's a pipeline problem. I've had exactly one kind of bad issue in years of doing this: the one where I opened a blank draft the evening before send day with no idea what to write, because I hadn't captured anything worth writing about during the week. The fix wasn't getting better at writing under pressure. It was never letting the draft start blank.
